Over 50 Industry Mentors and 100 Students Signed Up: What Makes the Mentorship Kick-off Program So “Hot”?

Recently, as part of VinUni Career Day 2025, the Mentorship Kick-off Program took place with the participation of over 50 industry mentors and 100 VinUni students. This was one of the most meaningful and outstanding activities of the event, marking the beginning of 1-on-1 mentorship journeys between students and professionals from the very first year of university.

This program aims to connect students with professional mentors, empowering them to explore and define their career goals, develop essential knowledge and skill sets, and gain valuable leadership perspectives, starting as early as their first year of university.

Key Highlights of the Program

The program brought together more than 50 industry representatives from both domestic and international companies, spanning 11 diverse sectors such as finance, banking, securities, insurance, professional services, marketing, media, hospitality management, the public sector, technology, data and artificial intelligence, retail, and human resource management. Notably, the participation of international firms based in Singapore and Hong Kong, including AlphaSights, JANUS Executive Search & Talent Advisory, and Great Eastern Life Insurance Holding, further highlighted the program’s credibility and growing global appeal.

The program also integrates NaViAI – an AI-powered platform developed by VinUni students themselves. The platform helps match mentees with suitable mentors based on career orientation and personal interests, ensuring a meaningful and personalized mentoring experience.
